Loved my first visit to happy dumpling. We got the veggie dumplings, and as a meat eater they were incredible. I went with the spicy noodles per the suggestion and couldn't of been happier. Can't wait to go again

This place doesn’t look like much, but everyone in our party agreed it was one of the best quick-service meals we’ve had in quite some time. Maybe one of the best meals, period. Super tasty, quick, friendly. Small menu but all the options are excellent.

Finally an exceptional authentic dumpling restaurant. This place is an absolute GEM!This place and Han Fusion are the only Chinese restaurants I’d order from. The dumplings are simply amazing - wrappers are thin but sturdy, unlike Men at Wok where the dough is literally as thick as bao bun dough. The fillings are flavorful. The beef noodle soup is equally outstanding. Broth is extremely rich and flavorful with just the right amount of spiciness. The noodles taste like they’re hand made. And the beef... the beef just melts in your mouth. I’m also surprised they have the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, as it’s not a very common, especially in this area. It is crunchy, golden perfection on the outside, but tender and juicy inside.

First off, by way of perspective, I came to U.S from Hong Kong and lived in New York City's Chinatown and then moved to Flushing, also in New York City. So that is to say, I know something about Chinese food; both of those places are Cantonese food meccas. I've always been extremely suspect and judgmental of Chinese restaurants anywhere outside of large cities. By luck, I happened to pass by this place last week and decided to give it a try. And how impressed and shocked I was! This place is great! I had to text my family and friends in NYC to tell them that there was a legit Chinese restaurant in this area. Granted, I only had the beef noodles but it was outstanding. I was concerned that they would substitute authentic ingredients with cuts of meat and vegetables that would be more familiar with rural non-Asian populations. However, they nailed it. My 84 year old mother would enjoy this place. Like someone else noted, the one thing I would appreciate is that for dine-in customers, they buy some better bowls and spoons.

Dimplings were sou tasty and juicy. Spicy noodle soup was also great, especially the broth itself. I would appreciate real spoons and bowls though but I get it- its a fast food. Also it would help to have a menu somewhere (TVs were not working not sure if it was just this day) so people wont spend 5 minutes ordering. But food-wise : delicious and must try

Very exciting new addition to Upper Valley Asian food scene. I ordered pork soup dumplings and spicy chili oil dumplings. Delicious handmade dumplings for the most reasonable price, dough to filling ratio is great to taste, and they’re seasoned really well. Clean and organized dine-in area, owner and staffs seem very kind and helpful. Cannot wait to come back soon!

Some of the best dumplings I’ve ever tasted and that’s saying a lot as we’re from Boston and have access to so much great Chinese food. They have a great menu that covers all of the bases. The owners are often working when you stop in and their efforts show in how great the food, service and atmosphere is. Highly recommend stopping off to try on your way up north!

Very tasty dumplings and beef noodle soup. A surprising delight in the Lebanon New Hampshire region. The soup dumplings were fairly good, the beef noodle soup absolutely took the cake. The regular leak and pork dumplings were alright. Very good chili sauce! Would be something that I’d find in Boston! So very surprising to find it next to a Shaw’s near Rivian faster chargers. Was the perfect spot to sit and eat while we waited for the car to charge.
